Mr. Nevzat Burak Seyrek was born in 1970 and has graduated from the Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of International Relations. Starting his first working experience as Assistant Specialist at the Training Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1990, Mr. Seyrek worked as a Credit Specialist at the Credits Department between 1992-1994, as a Credit Specialist at İşbank GmbH Frankfurt between 1994-1996, as an Assistant Manager at İşbank GmbH Frankfurt between 1996-2001, Assistant Manager at Başkent Branch between 2001-2004, Branch Manager at Ostim Branch between 2004-2007, Ankara Center II Region Manager between 2007-2010, Commercial Banking Products Department Manager between 2010-2011, Commercial Banking Sales Department Manager between 2011-2013, and SME and Enterprise Banking Sales Department Manager in 2013. Nevzat Burak Seyrek, who was appointed as the General Manager of İşbank AG on October 1, 2013, was appointed as and still holds the position of the Deputy General Manager of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş..

Mr. Soner Benli was born in 1969 and graduated from the International Relations Department of the Faculty of Political Sciences of Ankara University, and then earned his Master's degree in International Banking and Finance from the Cass Business School-City, University of London. Mr. Benli began his career in Turkiye İş Bankası, as an Assistant Inspector in 1994. Following his service of a total of eight years at the Inspection Board of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., he worked as Assistant Manager between 2002-2006 and as Unit Manager between 2006-2007 in the Risk Management Department. Then he was appointed Unit Manager of Commercial Loans Department between in 2017, Manager of Loans Portfolio Management between in 2010, Manager of Allocate Personal Loans in 2011, Manager of Retail Loans Allocation in 2020. Mr. Benli has been serving as Manager of Güneşli Corporate Branch of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. since April 28, 2021.

Mr. Ömer Faruk Cengiz was born in 1974 and has graduated Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences Department of Public Administration. Mr. Cengiz has started his working experience as an Assistant Credit Specialist at the Konya Branch of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. and continued as a Credit Specialist at Büsan/Konya Branch between 2004-2007, as Assistant Regional Manager at the Commercial Banking Sales Department, Kayseri Regional Directorate between 2007-2009, Branch Manager at Kahramanmaraş Branch between 2009-2011, Sales Manager at Gaziantep Regional Directorate between 2011-2013, Branch Manager at Konya Commercial Branch between 2013-2017, SME and Enterprise Banking Sales Department Manager between 2017 and 2019, and Commercial Banking Product Department Manager between 2019-2020. Mr. Cengiz, who was appointed as the Branch Manager of Ege Corporate/İzmir Branch in 2020, still holds this position.

Mr. Eser İşler was born in 1969 and has graduated from İstanbul University Business Department under Faculty of Business Administration. Mr. İşler started his working experience in 1993 as an Assistant Inspector in the Board of Inspectors at Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş., he continued as Assistant Manager of Corporate Loans Allocation Department between 2002-2007, Branch Manager at İstoç Branch between 2007-2008, Bakırköy Regional Credit Allocation Regional Manager between 2008-2016, Branch Manager at Kartal Commercial Branch between 2016-2018, and Department Manager of Internal Operations Department between 2018-2021. Mr. İşler, who was appointed as the Department Manager of the Retail Loans Allocation Department in 2021, still holds this position.

Mr. Mehmet Çilan was born in 1972 and has graduated from Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics. Mr. Çilan started to work as Assistant Specialist at İşbank Hatay İskenderun Branch in 1999 and continued as Assistant Specialist in Istanbul Mahmutpaşa Branch between 2000-2002, Assistant Specialist in Commercial and Corporate Loans Follow-up Department in 2002, and Specialist between 2004-2007, Assistant Manager between 2007-2014, Unit Manager between 2014-2020 in the same department, he was appointed as Department Manager to the Loans Monitoring Department on 30 June 2020, and he still holds this position.

Mr.Hüseyin Serdar Yücel was born in 1973 and has graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics. Mr. Yücel started to work as a Officer in the Foreign Affairs Department of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1996, worked as Assistant Specialist and Specialist between 1999-2008 in the same department, Assistant Manager between 2008-2013, and Assistant Manager in the Subsidiaries Department between 2013-2016. Mr. Yücel, who was appointed as the Unit Manager of the Subsidiaries Department in 2016, still holds this position.

Born in Munich in 1971, Tolga Achim Müller graduated from Anadolu University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. In 1999, Mr. Müller joined Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Financial Institutions Department as a Trainee Assistant Training Specialist. He served as Assistant Manager of Corporate Banking Marketing and Sales Department between 2007 and 2010, as Unit Manager in the same department between 2010 and 2015, and as Branch Manager at Altunizade Commercial Branch between 2015 and 2020. On January 30, 2020, Mr. Müller was appointed as the Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking Marketing Department and he is still serving in this position.

Born in 1973, Murat Yıldırım graduated from Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Economics. In 1998, Murat Yıldırım joined Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. Birecik Branch as an Officer, he worked as an Officer in Antakya Branch between 2000-2001, as a Section Head in Uzunçarşı Branch between 2001-2004, as a Submanager at Çukurova Regional Directorate between 2004 and 2006, Branch Manager at Yağcami/Adana Branch between 2007 and 2009, Branch Manager at Uzunçarşı Branch between 2009 and 2010, Assistant Manager at SME Loans Underwriting Division of the Gaziantep Region between 2010 and 2012, Regional Manager at the same Regional Directorate between 2012 and 2015, Branch Manager at Kahramanmaraş Commercial Branch between 2015 and 2018, Regional Manager at Gaziantep Sales Regional Directorate between 2018 and 2022. In 2022, Mr. Yıldırım was appointed as Branch Manager at Hadımköy Commercial Branch and he is still serving in this position.

Mr. Şahismail Şimşek was born in 1968 and has graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Finance. Mr. Şimşek started to work as an Officer in the Yenişehir/Ankara Branch of Türkiye İş Bankası A.Ş. in 1992, he worked as a Section Head, Submanager and Assistant Manager in Sultanhamam Branch, respectively between 1995 and 2007. He continued as Assistant Manager and Unit Manager in the Commercial Banking Product Department between 2007-2012, Branch Manager at Avcılar Commercial Branch between 2012 and 2016, Department Manager in the Commercial Banking Sales Department between 2016 and 2017, and then he was appointed as the Assistant General Manager on November 28, 2017. Mr. Şimşek, who was appointed as the General Manager of our Company on April 01, 2022, still holds this position and the Board membership of our Company.
